Dana is a paralegal who is well-versed in U.S. Immigration matters and is highly experienced in understanding cultural diversity and international relations. Dana, in a very short period of time has demonstrated extraordinary proficiency in completing family and employment based cases such as green card applications and H-1B and I-140 petitions. She prepares petitions and applications to be submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Services and other governmental agencies.
Dana brings a dedicated work ethic, strong research skills, and high attention to client needs and concerns. Prior to joining the Serotte Law legal team, she lived in Spain and taught English to a class of 35 high school students to take and pass the Trinity English Exam. She also prepared lesson plans, and as a U.S. and Canadian (Dual) Citizen, Dana taught her students (in Spanish) about U.S. and Canadian cultures.
Dana received her Master of Arts in Spanish from McGill University (Montreal, QC) and her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, Political Science, and Latin American Studies from Niagara University.
