  • E-1/E-2 Treaty Traders & Investors: Admission for citizens of certain countries who will be conducting substantial trade between the U.S. and their country or investing a substantial amount to purchase a controlling interest in an existing U.S. business or establishing a new business venture.
  • TN-1 Professional Workers: Admission for Canadian citizens seeking to work in the U.S. in a professional capacity under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
  • H-1B Professional Workers: Admission for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent offered a professional job by a U.S. employer.
  • O-1 Outstanding Ability Workers: Admission for individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in the sciences, the arts, education, business or athletics, which has earned them sustained national or international acclaim.
  • P-1 Athletes and Entertainers: Admission for internationally recognized athletes and members of internationally recognized entertainment groups
