Biography

Stephanie Scarborough is a "mission focused" attorney focusing on ensuring that cases are filed as quickly as possible and with the highest possible quality and attention to detail. With clients, Stephanie is motivational delivering "pep talks" that prepare clients for court and Immigration interviews at the Consulate, border and port of entry. Her inspirational style puts clients at ease and helps them to better understand the immigration process.

Stephanie Scarborough has been helping people obtain benefits they are entitled to, as well as apply for privileges, for many years. As a personnel officer with the U.S. Army, Stephanie would assist soldiers and their family members obtain rightfully due benefits. She educated soldiers on their right to seek student-loan repayment and helped a soldier's parents receive life insurance payouts after their newly enlisted 18-year-old son died in a car accident.

Experience

Stephanie heads the firm's Jacksonville, Florida, offices. She has been working with IT services and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies since 2000. She has particular expertise in helping HR managers of multinational corporations streamline their company's internal immigration process to reduce costs and facilitate H-1B and L-1 transfers.

U.S. military training has molded her as a driven and disciplined person that parlays into her determination to get her clients the immigration benefits they deserve. As a Personnel Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve and Army National Guard, Stephanie's focus was ensuring that soldiers understood and took advantage of the many benefits available to them. Her military experience in human resources functions and processes enables her to delve deep into the makeup and needs of clients.
