Venture capitalists, entrepreneurs lobby for 'start-up visa'

Foreign nationals who seek to start-up businesses in the United States cannot do so under typical immigrant visas. Venture capitalists and entrepreneurs are lobbying for legislation that would create a new visa type so they can.
